Room was nice and clean comfortable bed. Can't complain I stayed in worse for the money.
A very nice hotel with a room that has two queen-size beds, which is perfect for a family with kids. The breakfast is simple but really good, and the staff are very friendly. I booked the wrong room and they kindly helped me change it. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back next time.
Rooms were ok. They seemed clean. Not all lamps in the room were working. The shower did not drain well, took long to drain. This was a good value stay compared to others in the area if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower for the night. Nothing fancy. However, breakfast was excellent! Automatic pancake maker, seasoned potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juices, tea, coffee, milk, and all the fixings and condiments you can think of. We were very satisfied with the breakfast.
The staff has been very helpful! I have forgotten my watch and the team has helped and supported very well! The room was ok for me, with coffee machines, hot water , bathtub. It was clean and convenient. I am satisfied.
Big hotel with a lot of rooms. It filled up fast because there was a 49er game going on that weekend. I booked online and didn’t get a chance to check in at 3 PM before we went to Levi’s Stadium. We ended up checking in at 10 PM gentleman at the front desk were very welcoming nice and helpful. Room smelled clean. King bed was clean and comfy. We slept good. Continental breakfast had a good variety, hot and yummy. We tried the pool and hot tub, even though it was raining..it was really clean. Hot tub was relaxing. Short visit worth the money.
Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. My only issue was it had no microwave, which was a slight issue.
I made a mistake on my reservation. I booked it for a Wednesday/Thursday stay when I really ment to book Thursday/Friday. So when I showed up on Thursday and found out my mistake I was thinking “Oh no….They might not have a room and I’m going to get charged for the no show!”Nope! They had a room for me and were nice enough to waive the no show fee! Much appreciated!
This was a nice stay. The grounds have nice landscaping. We chose a room with 2 beds. Mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, toiletries, safe all in room. We got a room on the first floor, which I am glad because there are no elevators. Older property so the room did show some age, but seemed clean and well kept. The breakfast was great. Fresh and many options. The lobby was pretty and giant. Exercise room, outdoor pool, hot tub, restaurant on site. Staff all welcoming. We had some language barriers as we do not speak Spanish. Never enough to cause any major problems. Close to many things and main highways. We stayed for a 49ers game so it was really convenient for that. Ice machines and vending on site. Plentiful parking spaces. Laundry facilities on site. Meeting rooms available. Average price $140/night.
